CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICES:

To cancel or modify an appointment with no extra cost it must be done up until 24h before said appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to the starting time, the already paid amount won't be returned and it will count as lost opportunity cost. 

If the client doesn't show up for the appointment without previous warning, the service will count as done and there will be no refunds. 

​From the appointment starting time, there will be a courtesy period of 10 minutes for the client to arrive. After this 10 minutes, if the client doesn't show up or hasn't contacted the studio in any way the appointment will be cancelled.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

​Gift vouchers have an expiration date of one year from the purchase date. After the expiry date the voucher will not be redeemable under any circumstances or exceptions.

The gift voucher code must be indicated when booking the appointment.

The gift voucher must be presented on the day of the appointment upon arrival at the studio in order to verify the service given. If it is not presented, the price of the service must be paid and the voucher can be used on another occasion, always within the validity period. The voucher can never be exchanged for money.

If you wish to transfer the Gift Voucher to another person, you must inform the center in advance.

In the event of loss of the Gift Voucher, you can request its cancellation and obtain a new one by providing the date of purchase and the name of the buyer. 

In the event that the purchase cannot be justified, Maria Roca Makeup is not responsible and a new Gift Voucher will not be obtained.

If you wish to change the type of service indicated on the Gift Voucher, you must notify us in advance.

It can be exchanged for a different service within the same price range or:

– Service with a lower price: The price difference will be kept for later use in other treatments.

– Service with a higher price: The price difference will have to be payed. 

If the client cancels less than 15 hours in advance (does not show up or does not notify) the service will be considered as completed.

PRICES:

All prices for services indicated on the website include VAT and all applicable taxes.

 PAYMENTS:

The client agrees to pay at the time of booking or at the studio.

The customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order through a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards). Payment by card is made with security protocols through Stripe.

The client must notify Maria Roca of any undue or fraudulent charge to the card used for purchases through email​ phone / whatsapp  as quickly as possible in order to be able to carry out the appropriate procedures.
